# Market overview

Pandemic-era rental deals are gone. Prices are shooting up, and new data suggests they'll keep climbing at a breakneck pace. The rally began in the housing market and led prices to surge at their fastest rate in over 30 years. Now it's spilling over into the rental market. The pandemic definitely altered views and statistics for 2020 and 2021. Most may feel it will take years to recover, yet Fed stimulus, return to work routines, and a demand for vacation rentals will help the industry to recover faster than expected.

During the last 10 years prices for the properties are growing. They are set to break record highs that was made in 2019.
